The unit has a rated current of 1250 Amps and is a three phase automatic transfer switch. The fast transfer time of around 0.45 seconds will lock out the main power source and connect to the standby source rapidly so that there is very little delay. It is a robust unit that will work in temperatures of between -10 degrees Celsius up to a maximum of 50 degrees Celsius. It can be safely stored in a wider range of temperatures, namely -20 degrees Celsius up to 70 degrees Celsius without sustaining damage. The unit must be installed by a qualified electrical contractor or electrician.
